Refund Policy

Digital products only

Everything you can buy on Safarnama is a digital product, access to a challenge (its route, monument stories, the elevation gate and activity sync) and the finisher badges you receive on completion. There is no physical item, and nothing is shipped. The free tier, whichever city you choose first, in full, costs nothing and needs no card.

7-day refund if you haven't started

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not started the challenge you paid for, that is, you have not unlocked a monument, claimed a finisher badge or physical reward, or synced any activity toward that city.

For a trail, All of India or a long-road journey, “started” means you have started any city or journey it includes.

No refund once progress begins

Once you have started a paid challenge, unlocked a paid monument, claimed a finisher badge or physical reward, or synced an activity under the paid tier, the digital access has been used and the purchase is non-refundable. The same applies after 7 days have passed, whether or not you have started.

Duplicate or accidental payments are always refunded in full, regardless of the above.

Gifts

A gift can be refunded within 7 days of purchase as long as it has not been claimed. When we refund it, its claim link stops working. Once the person you gifted it to has claimed it, the gift is final.

How to request a refund

Email hello@still-moving.in from the address on your account, with your name and the approximate purchase date. We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 working days.

Your statutory rights

This policy is intended to be compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It does not limit any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the right to approach a consumer forum.
