Terms of Use
Last updated 7 September 2026
1. Accepting these terms
Safarnama is a virtual fitness-challenge service operated by Still Moving, run by an individual based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India (“Still Moving”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service at still-moving.in (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use Safarnama
- You must be 18 years or older. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- You must be medically fit to take part in the physical activity you log (see section 4).
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
3. Your account and email sign-in
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; your device then stays signed in until you sign out. You are responsible for keeping your email account and device secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@still-moving.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Physical activity, health and assumption of risk
Safarnama is not a medical service and gives no medical advice. Walking, running, cycling, swimming and similar activities carry inherent risks, including injury and, in rare cases, serious harm.
- Consult a qualified doctor before starting or significantly increasing physical activity, particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from illness or injury.
- You take part entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising safely, obeying traffic and local laws, and stopping if you feel unwell.
- The monument stories and reflections in the Service are for interest and motivation only. They are not training plans or health guidance.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of participation and release Still Moving from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your physical activity.
5. Honest use and fair play
The Service works on trust. You agree that you will not:
- submit activity files, screenshots or distances that you did not personally cover under your own power;
- manipulate, fabricate or alter activity data, or upload another person's activity as your own;
- use bots, scripts or automated means to interact with the Service;
- attempt to break, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its database or other users' data;
- harass other participants, or upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content in notes or your profile.
We may review submissions, and we may reject a submission, remove distance, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
6. Your content and activity data
You keep ownership of the content you submit, your name, notes, profile picture, and the activity files and screenshots you upload. You grant Still Moving a non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service (for example, to calculate your progress and let an administrator verify a manual submission). How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Stories and photos you choose to share. After finishing a route you may be invited to submit a short story and a photo. This is optional. If you submit one and tick the consent box, you grant Still Moving a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce and lightly edit that story and photo, credited to your first name, on our website and social channels, to promote Safarnama. You confirm the photo is yours to share and does not identify other people without their agreement. You can withdraw this licence at any time by emailing us, and we will unpublish going forward, as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Connected services (Strava, maps, email)
The Service integrates with third parties, including Strava (optional activity sync), OpenStreetMap (map tiles), and an email provider for sign-in links. If you connect Strava, you authorise us to read the activity data you approve, and your use of Strava remains governed by Strava's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or withdraw their access at any time.
8. Challenges, rewards and changes
Challenge routes, distances, monuments, milestones and any badges or other completion rewards are provided as described in the Service at the time. During beta we may add, change, pause or retire a challenge or reward. Where a challenge you have paid for is materially changed or withdrawn before you complete it, we will offer a pro-rata refund or credit (see section 9).
9. Fees, memberships and refunds
Safarnama has a free tier, whichever city you choose first, in full, which requires no payment and no card. From your second city onward, unlocking a city, a trail series, or all cities is a one-time payment for lifetime or series access, at the price shown before you pay. Founding Member prices are a time-limited launch discount.
Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing here obliges you to pay for anything you have not expressly purchased, you can use the free tier indefinitely.
10. Our intellectual property
The Safarnama and Still Moving names, logos, the written monument histories and reflections, the route designs, illustrations, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by Still Moving or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for normal personal use of the Service.
11. Availability and beta status
The Service is provided during an ongoing beta. It may be unavailable, contain errors, lose data, or change without notice. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
- Still Moving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, goodwill or opportunity;
- Still Moving's total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 6, 10, 12 and 14) continue to apply.
14. Questions and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something isn't right, we would always prefer to sort it out directly, please write to hello@still-moving.in before starting any formal proceeding. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, including your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. Contact and grievances
