Rani ki Vav

Rani ki Vav, the Queen's Stepwell, on the banks of the Saraswati, is attributed to Udayamati, wife of the 11th-century Chaulukya king Bhima I. Silted over, it was rediscovered in the 1940s, restored in the 1980s, and became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014.
Modhera Sun Temple

The Sun Temple at Modhera, on the bank of the Pushpavati, was built in the 11th century under Bhima I and Karna I of the Chaulukya dynasty and is dedicated to Surya. It has a shrine hall, an assembly hall and a stepped reservoir, the Kunda.
